Aubrey's Wedding

Well, last week Aubrey and Nic decided to get married. I was especially excited that they decided not to exactly elope, but invited his parents, her parents (us) and his grandparents to the small ceremony. Nic's grandmother wanted to have the wedding in her home, and she arranged all the flowers, the cake and the minister, a nice lady from her church named Julie. It was so sweet! Aubrey adn Nic had such love in their eyes and the minister had all of us vow to help this special young couple and their new family in every way to succeed. I rqlly felt the love in the room. We will have a small open house for them on Saturday after Thanksgiving.

On a related note, Aubrey is due exactly one month from her wedding day. She is a little hypertensive, but otherwise doing fine. The baby is named Oscar. We are all looking forward to his birth.
